As a Senior Manager of the AI Value team, you will be responsible for defining and driving measurable business values across Verizon Business Marketing for AI initiatives. You’ll work closely with the AI Product owners and stakeholders to ensure AI investments translate into tangible financial and operational outcomes such as increased ARPU/ARPA, reduced churn and positive ROI. This role sits at the intersection of business, data science, technology and finance with success measured by ability to turn frontier AI into business value. Responsibilities will include: • Build and shape the value creation function by developing repeatable frameworks, ROI models, value narratives and collateral to help product owners and stakeholders understand and measure the impact of AI adoption and integration. • Lead and develop AI agents to automate ROI, TCO, value models.and KPI scorecards. • Drive measurable revenue growth and marketing efficiency through AI use cases across VBG marketing. • Partner with product owners to drive initiatives from ideation, business case to measurable impact. • Ensure delivery against defined value targets such as: financial impact, churn reduction, increase in ARPU/ARPA, AI adoption rate, Time to value of AI initiatives, and accuracy and performance of AI models/agents. • Create Business Cases and report on revenue lift, cost savings, ROI and operational efficiency.. • Analyze Trends to identify opportunities, bottlenecks and drive insights to deliver targeted intent of the AI product and features. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product owners to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and ensure alignment. • Partner with product owners to champion adoption of AI tools and insights, drive process improvements and best practices to improve engagement and scale AI use cases. • Establish governance for responsible AI and value measures. • Design, track, and optimize financial benefit realization models (e.g., incremental lift, cost avoidance, lifetime value impact) specific to enterprise AI initiatives. What we’re looking for... Y ou are a ‘Transformation Engineer’ with curiosity about AI’s practical applications and great at translating between business and technical teams, bringing people together from different functions to work towards a common goal and possess business, marketing and technical acumen with strong financial orientation and execute data-driven decisions. You’ll need to have: • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. • Six or more years of relevant experience in consulting, marketing, analytics or digital transformation. • Business Case development and tracking. • Experience developing KPIs to measure program success. • Experience managing cross-functional programs. • Presentation experience up to the SVP level. • Stakeholder management experience.  • Experience translating between business and technical teams.  • Experience with value engineering, value realization tracking, or benefit realization management frameworks in enterprise tech environments. • Willingness to travel up to 10%. Even better if you have one or more of the following: • Working proficiency with AI platforms (i.e. Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Workspace Studio) • Proven ability to translate AI technical outputs into clear business outcomes and financial return on investment.  • Familiarity with data tools (SQL, Python, BI tools). • Financial modeling experience • Experience leading AI governance, strategy development or building an AI COE. • Experience in B2B telecom. • MBA or advanced degree. • Strong communication. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $98,500.00 - $188,000.00. The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $108,000.00 - $188,000.00.
