MH-139 Quality Assurance Representative Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Maxwell AFB, AL . The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services. This position will be100% on-site at Maxwell AFB, AL . Position Responsibilities: • Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance. • Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform • Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures • Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems • Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements • Documents audit results in standard formats • Works under general supervision   Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 5+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment • 5+ years rotorcraft aircraft experience • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR, 7-level) • Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)   Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Technical data experience • DCMA INST 8210.1C experience • AS9100 Revision D experience • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery   Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process   Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .   Pay & Benefits: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.  Elements of the Total Rewards package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.    The Boeing Company also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.    The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.   Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.    Summary Pay Range: $89,250-$115,500 / Annually Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not Applicable Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
