Please note that talent identified through this job posting may be hired directly into a role at one of the locations listed above or considered for an operations leadership program designed to develop future leaders through increasingly complex roles, supported by mentorship, sponsorship, capability-based talent reviews depending on business need, and candidate qualifications Responsibilities:   • Apply engineering best practices and continuous improvement principles to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to projects that enhance safety, product quality, productivity, and equipment or infrastructure reliability. • Work in operations roles such as Production / Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, and Operations Management, using continuous improvement tools and disciplined problem solving. Requirements:   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or other related engineering major from an ABET accredited institution.  • GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant paid co-op or internship experience • Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Preferred Skills:   • Demonstrated leadership potential with a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making. • Proven ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. • Strong technical curiosity and learning agility, with the ability to rapidly develop expertise in new technologies, manufacturing processes, and operational systems. • Familiarity with AI-enabled and digital technologies, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance problem solving, collaboration, and project execution.
