We have partnered on this initiative with a client specializing in the development and manufacturing of medical devices and technologies aimed at improving patient outcomes worldwide for over 8 years and we keep growing. Key Responsibilities : • Configure and maintain ServiceMax solutions to support field service operations. • Build and manage SFM processes, SFM Wizards, and ServiceMax Go App. • Work on Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhancements and fixes. • Manage Code Snippets to support business logic. • Own production support, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues promptly to minimize business impact. • Collaborate with stakeholders on deployments, testing, and post-release stability. This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Chesterbrook & Orlando What you need : • Minimum of 2 yeas of hands-on experience with SFM, SFM Wizards, ServiceMax Go App, and Code Snippets including strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in Apex, Triggers, LWC & SFMs • Minimum 5 years of experience in Anypoint Platform MuleSoft Development (Hands-On) • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
