As an Engineering Technician Sr, you will be performing substantially complex and varied tasks in support of the engineering staff of the company. You will be using discipline related applications to compile data, build reports, and improve efficiencies to help drive business decisions.  Success in this position requires the ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and assess/analyze data to help resolve issues or improve performance.  Responsibilities/Expectations: • Serves as the primary administrator for the WellView database, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete entry of drilling, completions, workover, production, and engineering data • Supports drilling and completions operations by validating daily reports, tracking key performance indicators, and delivering operational reports and insights to leadership and field personnel • Manages WellView user access, system configuration, troubleshooting, training, and coordination with software vendors and IT support • Conducts quality assurance audits of well data, engineering records, costs, and operational documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements • Develops, maintains, and improves data management processes, reporting tools, dashboards, and workflows to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency • Analyzes complex operational, geological, production, and engineering data to identify trends, support decision-making, and optimize business processes • Creates technical reports, visualizations, ad hoc analyses, and project updates to support engineering, operational, and strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with Drilling, Completions, Production, Geology, Land, Accounting, and other business partners to integrate data, improve reporting processes, and support business planning • Oversees project-related activities, including report preparation, communication, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking • Mentors and traisn technical staff, providing guidance on systems, reporting tools, data management practices, and operational processes • Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: • Required: Technical Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training and six (6) years of related experience • Preferred:  Bachelors degree in engineering, construction or business and 8 (8) years of related experience Other Requirements: • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills  • Mentoring and/or leadership experience with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders • Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • Preferred: Advanced proficiency in data analysis software, CAD tools, and industry-specific equipment #LI-KM2 Hourly/ Salary Guidelines: (Minimum, Midpoint, Maximum) $109,500 - $142,400 - $175,500 We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
