P-1587 As a Product Operations Manager, you will own and run the operational backbone of a fast-growing part of our business, and build the automation that lets it scale. You sit between our field, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, and you turn fast-moving, high-growth work into operations that are reliable and repeatable. This role is equal parts operator and builder. You will own complex operational processes end to end and, at the same time, design and build the tools, workflows, and automations that remove manual work so a lean team can do far more. You are comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes operations. You bring operational rigor, you build, and you make things scale. Responsibilities • Own an operational domain end to end: design the process, run it, set the SLAs and quality bar, and keep it reliable as volume grows. • Build automations, tools, and workflows (scripting, low-code, RPA, and AI or agent tooling) that eliminate manual work and let the team scale without adding headcount. • Turn ambiguous, manual, or ad-hoc work into standardized, well-documented, repeatable processes. • Analyze data from multiple sources to surface issues, set priorities, and inform decisions. • Build the reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into operational health. • Partner across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and field teams to align on priorities and remove operational friction. • Deliver in ambiguous, fast-moving conditions with incomplete data, and bring the operational rigor that makes the work repeatable. • Champion Databricks principles: be customer obsessed, be data-driven, teamwork makes the dream work, and own it. Competencies / Requirements • 5+ years in product operations, business operations, revenue or GTM operations, or a business/data analyst role with clear operational ownership. • A builder. You have shipped automations, tools, or workflows with real operational impact, using some mix of Python, low-code or RPA (for example Power Automate or KNIME), Apps Script, workflow platforms, or AI, LLM, and agent tooling. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to build, and to pick up new tools like Claude Code quickly. • Strong operational ownership. You have run a process or system end to end (approvals, onboarding, quality controls, or an operating cadence), not only analyzed it. • Working SQL, plus hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Excellent communication. Comfortable working with executives and distilling complex work into clear messaging. • Enterprise software background. SaaS and B2B experience required. • Comfortable moving fast while holding a high bar for detail and quality. • Entrepreneurial, "can do" attitude.
