Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution of AI-related marketing projects by coordinating day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups.
• Chase and collect assets, feedback, approvals, and required inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Gather, organize, and prepare AI inputs and supporting materials needed for project execution.
• Maintain clean and up-to-date trackers, status documents, asset lists, and workflow documentation.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Support review processes by organizing assets, routing materials, and helping track feedback and revisions.
• Assist with vendor support and communication as needed, including meeting follow-ups, deliverable tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure project files, inputs, and output records are organized and accessible.
• Help identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information and escalate as appropriate.
• Provide general project and operational support to the Project Manager across multiple AI initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, creative operations, production, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage trackers, asset lists, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable supporting process-driven work with a high degree of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in marketing, creative, content, production, or operations environments.
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, content development processes, or vendor-supported project execution.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brand organizations.

Pay Range:$76,300---$103,100
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
