Responsibilities Peraton requires Systems Engineers to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM.  This position is located at MacDill AFB in Florida.   The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.  The Radiant One Identity Engineer is a crucial member of our IT department, offering advanced tier three support in alignment with the SIE OPORD. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of government technology systems and a strong capability in analytical, troubleshooting, and system design disciplines. Effective communication skills are essential to facilitate interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The candidate will have a thorough knowledge of systems engineering methodologies, using data to drive performance improvements. Participation in working groups, design reviews, and system testing is key, as well as the ability to produce and implement strategic recommendations. A solid grasp of the development lifecycle, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance, is vital, along with robust project management skills. Technical Proficiency • In-depth knowledge and technical mastery of Radiant Logic (RadiantOne) architecture, including HDAP (Highly Available Directory Access Protocol) and persistent caching. • Proven experience in architecting, deploying, and maintaining virtual directory services within enterprise-scale environments, supporting over 80K users and integrating across globally distributed Domain Controllers. • Deep understanding of LDAP routing, global schema mapping, and Master User Record (MUR) concepts. • Skilled in establishing and troubleshooting custom REST API integrations to execute provisioning commands to downstream systems (e.g., Active Roles Server). Key Responsibilities • Integrate RadiantOne virtual directory infrastructure with authoritative identity sources and target applications to ensure seamless Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) operations. • Define and maintain best practices for virtual directory support, including strict adherence to SOCOM JML policies and security compliance. • Oversee the entire lifecycle of critical identity data services, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance of the RadiantOne topology. • Implement and maintain computed attributes, data correlations, and identity views to support enterprise authentication requirements. • Mentor Directory Service administrators and train them in key virtual directory technologies to support the SIE. • Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance the SIE’s mission readiness. Availability for shift and weekend work may be required. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Min 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA degree, 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification • DoW TS/SCI clearance • Must be DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 451 – System Administrator - Intermediate level or higher • At least 3 years of experience specifically with Radiant Logic (RadiantOne) or complex enterprise Virtual Directory Services (VDS) and LDAP environments. • A history of managing identity aggregation platforms within multiple mission-critical environments. • Implementation of top-tier security practices related to identity data aggregation and provisioning. • Prior experience in a DoD/Enterprise Environment is crucial. • Proficiency in writing custom API calls (REST) and scripting to automate identity lifecycle tasks. • A focus on engineering from a performance optimization perspective. • Proficiency in system engineering processes and methodologies. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Strong technical writing proficiency. Desired Qualifications: • Radiant Logic Certified Training (Fundamentals, Sync, Advanced) (Highly Recommended) OR • CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+ CE) OR • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) OR • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate OR • Note: Candidates possessing specific Radiant Logic or advanced security certifications are highly preferred for this role. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
