As a Facilities Engineer II/III/Senior and member of the integrated Upstream Facilities Engineering and Construction Team, you will lead a   diverse portfolio   of upstream and midstream capital projects across the Company’s   Wamsutter   assets .    This role   provides   the opportunity to   manage   complex   facilities   engineering assignments   while collaborating   closely with construction, reservoir, drilling, completions, production, operations, HSE, land, regulatory, and environmental   teams.   The ideal candidate will   bring   a   strong   background in facilities engineering ,   demonstrated   experience delivering complex   projects ,   and   excellent   technical, planning, and communication skills.   This   position is   based   in the Company’s Denver, Colorado office , with periodic   travel   required .     Responsibilities/Expectations:   • Leads high-impact   upstream and midstream facilities projects — including production facilities,   saltwater disposal facilities , gas gathering pipelines, SWD pipelines, and compression/ gas lift systems — from concept   development through   startup   and handoff   • Owns   facilities equipment design   for   assigned projects ,   including separators, tanks, pump skids, compressors, pipelines , and related infrastructure   • Develops key engineering deliverables, including   process   design , equipment   specifications,   construction drawings ,   PFDs, P&IDs, plot plans, and right-of-way   documentation   • Anticipates equipment and service needs, partner closely with Supply Chain, and help drive   timely   procurement strategies that support safe and efficient project execution   • Manages the financial performance of assigned projects, including AFE development, cost tracking, forecasting, and proactive communication of risks and opportunities   • Collaborates   with upstream and midstream operations teams   through   construction , commissioning,   startup , and turnover   to ensure projects   are delivered safely, efficiently, and ready for long-term operational success   • Leads   project lookbacks   and apply   design, construction, and operational feedback to   continuously   improve facility   designs, execution practices, and future project outcomes   • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities, managing concurrent projects, and   maintaining   strong attention to safety, quality, and schedule   • I dentif ies   opportunities to innovate, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the way facilities projects are designed and delivered   • Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or facility engineering • Preferred: Master’s degree in related field Other Requirements: • • Exhibits excellent   organizational , communication, and   interpersonal   skills and   deems   safety an utmost priority   • Proficiency   in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills   • Knowledge of   production   equipment ,   pipeline , rotating equipment, and electrical design    • Proficiency   in HSE compliance and leadership   • Strong understanding   of industry   codes   and   standards   and   safety,   regulatory, and environmental requirements   • Preferred: Working knowledge of industry software (e.g.,   PowerBl , PIPESIM, HYSIS, etc.)    • Preferred: Experience working Federal (BLM) assets   • Preferred:  Wyoming or other   cold weather   experience a plus   #LI-KM2 Hourly/ Salary Guidelines: (Minimum, Midpoint, Maximum) $122,800 - $171,550 - $233,600 We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
