Focused on high-performance, scalable solutions, the group drives iterative development, technical architecture, and engineering excellence. Team members work closely with cross-functional partners to adapt to evolving business needs, optimize platform scalability and cost, and foster continuous improvement and innovation in platform design and development. What You'll Do: • Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities. • Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. • Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems. • Lead system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices. • Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and intelligent automation features. • Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Engage stakeholders to define technical requirements and use data-driven practices to optimize development outcomes. What You'll Bring: • 8+ years of software engineering experience. • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems. • Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions. • Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability. • Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation features using languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C++. • Demonstrated skills in technical leadership, mentorship, and fostering continuous learning within engineering teams. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and drive data-driven decision making. • Adaptability to change and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.
