What You'll Do In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. Preferred Qualifications We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Analyst / Data Scientist. The successful candidate will work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, translate business processes into Foundry solutions, and develop scalable analytics, applications, and AI-enabled workflows. This individual must be comfortable working independently, driving discussions with business partners, and delivering solutions from concept to deployment. Responsibilities: • Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements. • Translate business processes and operational needs into scalable Palantir Foundry solutions. • Design and develop Foundry-native applications using Workshop, enabling business users to interact with data, workflows, and operational processes. • Develop and maintain Foundry pipelines, Ontology objects, Code Repositories, Workshop applications, and operational workflows. • Build analytical models, dashboards, and data products that enable business decision-making. • Support AI and machine learning use cases within the Foundry ecosystem. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, data engineers, and other Foundry developers. • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, testing, and root cause analysis. • Drive projects independently while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and timelines. • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation. • Promote best practices for data governance, solution design, and Foundry development. Minimum Qualifications Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
