Responsibilities Serves as the principal analyst and integrator for data management, visualization, and reporting related to security assistance accounts and interagency coordination. This role shall ensure all deliverables expand the client’s analytical capacity, ensure responsible AI implementation, and enable evidence-based decision-making across portfolios. This role shall provide support which includes developing and maintaining dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Lists; ensuring data accuracy; and providing insights that inform program and budget formulation. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics, visualization, or program evaluation, preferably with federal agencies. • Demonstrated experience in Security Assistance or Security Cooperation program analysis, including familiarity with FMF, IMET, PKO/NSEA, and related budget accounts. • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other data analysis or visualization platforms. • Demonstrated strong background in data transformation, automation, and process optimization for reporting and program management. • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills with experience drafting executive-level data products and dashboards. • Active Secret security clearance. Required Education and Certification: • Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, data science, political science, or a related discipline required; advanced degree preferred. • Professional certifications in data analytics, visualization, or process improvement (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management Professional) strongly desired. • Formal coursework or training in Security Cooperation (e.g., Defense Security Cooperation University) preferred. Target salary range: $84,000 - $140,000 The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
