Overview LMI is seeking an Atlassian Migration Engineer at the Level IV level to modernize enterprise Jira and Confluence environments and connect work management to development delivery pipelines for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) modernization initiatives. This role combines technical migration execution, scripting, API integration, automation engineering, and validation to move complex workloads to Atlassian Cloud with reliable data and minimal disruption. The Atlassian Migration Engineer will evaluate source environments, use approved migration tooling, reconcile users and permissions, transform incompatible data and configurations, and verify results through repeatable testing.
