As a Principal Program Manager, you will ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The IT Solution Architect plays a critical role in driving the IT architecture within the A2D stream, that integrate with S/4HANA to optimize business processes.   What you will get: • An agile career and dynamic working culture. • An inclusive and ethical workplace. • Compensation programs that recognize high performance. • Medical, dental, and vision insurance. • Access to Lonza's global benefits program.   What you will do: • Design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA solutions supporting Management Accounting processes, including Product Costing, Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis, and Cost Management. • Partner with Finance, Controlling, Digital, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized, and business-aligned technology solutions. • Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring solutions meet both operational and strategic objectives. • Lead solution architecture discussions, provide technical guidance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes. • Drive innovation and operational excellence through the adoption of best practices and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions. • Support process mapping, data migration, system configuration, and the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to improve product costing transparency, reporting quality, and business decision-making.   What we're looking for: • Master's degree in IT Architecture, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 10+ years of IT architecture experience with a strong focus on ERP platforms and business process transformation. • Proven experience leading or supporting at least one full-cycle SAP implementation. • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly within Management Accounting, Product Costing, Controlling, and Financial Reporting processes. • Experience with process mapping, data migration, and SAP system configuration. • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities. • Willingness to travel based on project requirements, with more frequent travel expected during the first year of implementation activities.
