What you'll do: • Utilize cutting-edge machine learning/statistical/platform building techniques to deliver solutions for projects in the domain of marketing science and personalization • Design statistically sound experiments to properly evaluate the effectiveness; • Build, validate, test and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques to explain or predict customer behaviors • Mine massive data, derive business insights, and propose interesting modeling projects that have the potential to have high business impact; • Standardize and build scalable and highly available systems that follow operational best practices; • Developing visuals and reports to efficiently communicating model results and insights to business teams. • Mentor Junior team members What you'll bring: • Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and statistical hypothesis testing. • Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau. • Strong knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps for scalable model deployment. • Experience in data source identification, data quality assessment, and data strategy implementation. • Ability to develop, validate, and tune advanced analytical models using appropriate evaluation metrics. • Skilled in translating complex business problems into data-driven solutions with clear communication. • Familiarity with experimentation design, statistical inference, and automation techniques in data science.
