Job Title: Senior Principal Software Developer Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a experienced Senior Principal Software Developer to support a mission-critical program for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will utilize well-defined software processes, such as Agile, to work as part of a development team in a rapid development environment. You will design, code, and unit test front-end and back-end solutions for integrated systems, develop integration code to connect systems and services, and build solutions that promote interoperability through open standards and service-based architectures. This position offers the opportunity to directly support national security missions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: ·       Utilize well-defined software processes, such as Agile, to work as part of a development team in a rapid development environment ·       Design, code, and unit test front-end and back-end solutions for integrated systems using languages and packages such as HTML, CSS, C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript ·       Develop integration code to connect and interface systems and services ·       Develop solutions that utilize open standards and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to promote interoperability through service-based architectures ·       Support the development and configuration of database systems ·       Analyze, fix, and document Discrepancy Reports (DRs) on systems ·       Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to support team delivery goals ·       Coordinate with program stakeholders to ensure development work aligns with business and technical requirements Qualifications: Required:  ·       Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI and polygraph ·       Bachelor's degree in any field/major, or 7 additional years of relevant information technology experience in lieu of degree ·       Experience using languages and packages such as HTML, CSS, C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript ·       Experience designing, coding, and unit testing front-end and back-end solutions for integrated systems Desired: ·       Technical certification such as Network+, Security+, Oracle, or a certification specializing in software development or cloud computing ·       Certified AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or higher) or equivalent AWS certification ·       Experience with Momentum Financials (Unison/CGI) systems ·       Experience supporting NGA or other NGA/IC customer environments specifically   - What You Can Expect:  A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
